PRODUCT EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Once your order has been placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.
Refunds are not available for sale items or specially priced products, except in cases where an error has occurred on our part.
For customers in Thailand, if you need to exchange an item for a different size, you may do so within 7 business days from the date you receive your order.
We carefully monitor our inventory to ensure that products are available for purchase. However, if an item becomes out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you prefer not to exchange for a different item, we will process a refund within 3-7 business days.
TAXES
