PAYMENT
You can make payments using credit cards, debit cards, or Thai QR Code PromptPay via participating banks.
Credit and debit card payments are processed through Kasikorn Bank (K Payment Gateway), which uses a secure system to protect cardholder information and ensure a safe transaction experience.
If you are unable to complete your payment, please check your bank’s transaction policies or enable online payment services through your card-issuing bank.
If you are unable to place an order after making a payment via Thai QR Code PromptPay, please contact our customer service team via email at shopping@milin.com or LINE Official @milin. We will verify your payment within 1-2 business days and get back to you as soon as possible.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Milin. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team at shopping@milin.com or LINE Official @milin.
The company requires approximately 1-2 business days to process and prepare your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order status update email and a tracking number, which can be used to track your shipment via email or through your Milin website account.
Orders are shipped in the received sequence and will be delivered as quickly as possible within the estimated timeframe. However, shipping delays may occur in exceptional cases, such as during promotional campaigns, sales events, or due to external factors beyond the company’s control.
