All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

This website is owned and operated by Front Row Co., Ltd. All order and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Condition.

Front Row Co., Ltd. May correct inaccuracy errors-and-or update information on this website at any time without prior notice, including in regard of prices and availability of items. All price listed on this website are in Thai Baht, and all charges will be processed in Thai Baht (only). All price listed on this website are subject under confirmation. Front Row Co., Ltd. Will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

Front Row Co., Ltd. Reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you can purchase. Front Row Co., Ltd. Will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as fast as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Front Row Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond under control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Front Row Co., Ltd. will notify its customers within 5-7 business days.

Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped from our showroom via DHL. Please allow 7-10 business days for you to receive the parcel.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

We will deliver to both addresses in domestic and international countries.

PRIVACY

All the personal information you have provided to the company will only be used for the purpose for purchasing on Milin’s website only, and all your provided information will not be disseminated to any third party mailing lists

SECURITY

Credit card payment is secured using (______) encryption. This ensures all credit card detail you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept any returns or exchange and no refund on any tems in any circumstances. Please make sure you have made a right decision make the right order when you make an online purchase. For customers whom live in Bangkok, Thailand, you can exchange the items that have mistaken sizing (only), and can be exchanged within 7 days after purchase. All requests of exchange require to be made in writing to [email protected] to be acceptable.

Remark: Please be noted that during the time of “Sale” period, the processing time and delivery will take longer than standard schedule due to overwhelm of online order placements.

SHIPPING POLICY

• We ship to both domestic and worldwide.
• Delivery is by via third party courier (such as DHL)F
• Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Box (post office box) address.
• All shipments are sent prior to register couriers, and must be signed upon delivery. Upon exceptional circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Thailand Postal Service.
• Customers shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
• As for a third-party courier companies on our service, that delays can occur in delivery, and *these delays are beyond our control.*
• As our courier require a signature on delivery, ensure that there is associate member can accept the parcel by the time of delivery.  If not, we recommend using an alternative address, like your work address for delivery since the courier will acquire additional delivery charges for non-recipient by the time of delivery.
• Order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.
• Shipping time may vary depending on your locations, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
• Shipping charges are determined by the country of delivery, packing size, weight.

SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY

We calculate shipping charges by number of pieces

For every 1 piece up to 10 pieces in one complete we charge the full cost of shipping charges per one order

For additional pieces that have accumulated in the same order will charge for additional full cost of shipping charges

For example: if your order contains 12 pieces, and you select to have your shipment deliver by DHL express to address in China. Your calculation is as followed:

800 (for the first 1-10 items) + 800 (for the 2 items that is in 12items of your order) The grand total of shipping charges (only) = 1,600 THB

Remark: *the shipping charges accumulate for every 10 pieces you make a purchase*
