All prices listed on this website are in Thai Baht and all charges will be processed in Thai Baht.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TERM
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your designated email. Please add shopping@milin.com to your email safe list. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email us at shopping@milin.com Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email and to your account page at Milin website. All deliveries must be signed. We will not be responsible for any extra re-delivery fee.

Domestic Order - A delivery in Thailand is to be expected within 3-7 business days. Service will be handled by Thailand Post. Progress of the delivery can be tracked at http://track.thailandpost.co.th/trackinternet/default.aspx

International Order - International delivery may take up to 7-14 business days depending on destination. Service will be handled by DHL. Progress of the delivery can be tracked at http://www.dhl.co.th/en/express/tracking.html
DUTY AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the package reaches the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control or predict these charges since custom policies vary widely from country to country.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although our stock quantities are updated constantly, there might still be a possibility that your items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If sold-out item is purchased, you will be contacted by our staff.
CHANGE YOUR ORDER AND REFUND
Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. Since all of the delivery items are carefully checked and quality controlled, Milin reserved the right not to refund purchased items unless the product is clearly faulty.
